Meet Spectral Tuner — the newest Spectral Colors plugin, and a different kind of tool. It does one thing beautifully: it takes any sound, works out what tuning it is really in, and gently moves it into the pitch world you choose.

Click a world, and it flows there

Click A=432, A=440, A=444, C5=528, a Golden Ratio world or a historical pitch, and Spectral Tuner analyses the incoming sound, calculates its current tuning, and bends the whole spectral body toward the new reference. No rough pitch-shifting — the tone, transients and stereo image stay intact. It feels like the recording was always performed in the new tuning.

Every partial of the sound shifts together from A=440 to A=432, with the original positions shown as dashed ghosts

It listens first

Under the hood is real spectral analysis. Spectral Tuner detects your source tuning instead of assuming it, so A=440 doubles as a repair button — restoring drifted, tape-worn or off-tuned audio to standard pitch, while leaving already in-tune material alone. A scale-aware layer can pull notes onto the key of your song, shaped by three musical macros: Correction, Smoothness and Relief.

Highlights

  • 25 tuning worlds — 432 / 440 / 444, C5=528, golden-ratio and historical references
  • Automatic source-tuning detection with a repair mode on A=440
  • Scale-aware note correction — Correction · Smoothness · Relief
  • Golden Custom + Custom A4 — dial any reference you like
  • Live & Baked modes, with a whole-clip tuning map for finished audio
  • Formant preservation, transient protection, stereo-safe
  • An animated ultraviolet cosmic interface — twin orbs for detected vs corrected pitch, and a cymatic spectral field showing exactly what changed

Available now

Spectral Tuner is out for Windows as a CLAP plugin (FL Studio, Bitwig, Reaper and any CLAP host), for €9.99.
