If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — no complicated hoops. Just email us and we'll take care of it.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, within 14 days, and include your order or license key. We'll confirm and process it.

What happens next

• We refund the full amount to your original payment method (this usually appears within a few business days, depending on your bank).
• The license key(s) from that purchase are deactivated, and any bundled items are included in the refund.
• Once refunded, your license ends — please stop using and remove the software from your devices.

Free products

Products you received for free (such as bundled plugins) have nothing to refund.

Fair use

This guarantee is offered in good faith. We may decline a refund in cases of clear abuse — for example repeated buy-then-refund cycles, or where a license key has been shared or resold.

A note on EU withdrawal rights

Plugins are digital content delivered immediately, so under EU law you may be asked to agree to instant delivery and to waive the standard 14-day right of withdrawal at checkout. Either way, we voluntarily offer the 14-day money-back guarantee described above, and this does not affect your mandatory statutory consumer rights.

Chargebacks

If something's wrong, please contact us first — we're happy to help and it's the fastest fix. Opening a chargeback with your bank instead will result in the associated license being revoked.
