SPC Gate is the clean signal switch: a broadband noise gate whose defining promise is exact digital zero when closed — not quiet, not −90 dB, zero. A linked stereo detector with threshold, hysteresis, attack, hold and release keeps both channels moving together, and DET HP / DET LP filters focus the detector on the frequencies that matter so hi-hat bleed doesn’t hold your tom gate open. Three lightweight cleanup stages ride along: DENOISE for the floor that remains while the gate is open, DE-CLICK with an adjustable click time, and DE-POP with a pop guard for plosive thumps — a whole cleanup channel strip in one window, zero latency, sample-exact bypass. The molded-plastic cyberpunk console shows everything on a smoothed CRT: incoming signal, gated output and the gain trace in consistent semantic colours (cyan in, mint out, lilac gain, coral CLOSED / ZERO), repainting at 60 fps. A combined factory/user preset browser steps and scrolls through everything, and named user saves persist with schema validation. Small tool, done properly.
