Fees — the honest structure
What working with us costs
- Hourly rate — quoted in your intake conversation and fixed in the written proposal. No surprises.
- Revisions — each milestone includes defined revision rounds; extra rounds are billed at the hourly rate.
- Ongoing support — a monthly support plan with a private Discord channel for questions, fixes, and advice.
- Third-party costs — your domain, your Cloudflare account, your Claude subscription. They stay in your name; you own them.

Service terms — summary
Clear terms, before any work starts
- Work begins only after a signed service agreement and the agreed start payment.
- You must be a legally registered company; you confirm you own (or have licensed) all content and materials you supply, and that the website's content is lawful.
- Ownership of the finished website transfers to you upon full payment. Until then it remains with Spectral Colors.
- We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Revision rounds, deadlines, and support hours are those defined in the agreement — extra work is billed at the hourly rate.
- Third-party services (domain, Cloudflare, Claude) are your accounts and your costs; we are not liable for their pricing or availability.
- We build websites, not promises: no guarantee of sales, traffic, or rankings — we guarantee honest, professional work.
- We may decline or end an engagement that turns out to be a bad fit; work delivered up to that point is billed, and everything you paid for is handed over.
This summary is not the contract. The full service agreement — the one that protects both of us — is provided and signed before any work begins.
